Return Policy
Standard Return Policy

There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased online from SmartHorses: 
  • You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • Only items that have been purchased directly from SmartHorses can be returned to SmartHorses. SmartHorses products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy. Subscriptions for applications provided by our distributors do not fall under our return policy as they are provided directly by a third party.
  • Please ensure that the item you're returning is repackaged with all the accessories and documentation that were included when you received it.
There are some items, however, that are ineligible for return, including:
  • Used products
  • Products damaged by usage
  • SmartHorses Gift Cards 
  • SmartHorses memberships
 
Ship your item back to SmartHorses
To return an item to SmartHorses, send us an email to info@smarthorses.eu with a RETURN REQUEST stating your full name, order number, purchase date and a description of why you want to return the product. In case of an existing damage on the new product that is discovered during the receival, please thoroughly document the damage together with pictures and a description. If the return request complies with our return policy, we will send you all the necessary information to return the product. In case of a damage, SmartHorses covers the shipping costs. In case of a return of a different kind, the buyer is deemed responsible to cover the return shipping costs. In case of an exchange, the buyer is deemed responsible to cover the return shipping costs.
 
 
Refund
Once we receive your item, a refund is initiated immediately. If you canceled a pickup item, and you were billed for it, we initiate your refund immediately after you submit your cancellation request. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 14 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account. In case of a damage, SmartHorses covers the shipping costs. In case of a refund 
 
Exchange an item
To exchange an item, send us an email to info@smarthorses.eu with a EXCHANGE REQUEST stating your full name, order number, purchase date and the product you want to exchange the item for. The additional or refunded balance will be calculated based on the normal listed product price and if applicable, shipping.
